Re: Gap Filler Stations - La Scie, Newfoundland
Advice has been received from the Department of Transport that the agent of the Minister of Justice is unable to certify title to two of the parcels of land required for the gap filler site and access road thereto at La Scie, Newfoundland. The Department of Transport has therefore prepared two notices of expropriation and forwarded them to this department for execution.
Both of these documents have been approved by JAG. They are therefore recommended for your signature.
