Work on the buildings that are now erected is to be stopped. These will be used for the storage of the remaining materials on site.

It is noted from your August 1st report that the mechanical and electrical trades were awaiting materials. It may be as economical to install these materials as it would be to delete and store or restock the material, so this area is left to your judgement. The electrical panel, if on site, will be shipped to RCAF storage and instruction in this regard will be forwarded at an early date.

The building openings should be boarded up so that secure storage is provided. The site should be left in a tidy condition.

Will you please, therefore, negotiate the termination of this contract as outlined above.
