The recommendations in your report of August 2 and your letter to the Contractor, TA Jones Co Ltd, of August 3/62 are accepted.
The Steelox building components will be shipped to the RCAF for custody and storage and instructions in this respect will be forwarded as soon as possible.
We will look forward to the receipt of a Request for Change Order, covering the credits for the deletion of the outstanding portions of this project.
