The recommendations in your report of August 2nd and the instructions to the Contractor, Geo Armstrong, Co Ltd, in your letter of August 3/62 are accepted. We understand that only the building shells will be erected.
We will look forward to the receipt of a Request for Change Order, covering the credits for the deletion of the outstanding portions of this project.
