Report on the status of work performed on the above noted project as of August 3rd, 1962.

Everything is completed except the following:

  1. Miscellaneous Iron Work - Frames for the two Roof Exhausters on the Radar Building are not installed and openings are not cut off in steelox ceiling and roof. To be deleted.

  2. Other Finish Flooring - Vinyl asbestos tiles called for to be on Radar Bldg floor and on P&A Bld floor (except in APU Room) are not installed and are not on site. To be deleted.

  3. Painting - No painting has been performed and there is no material on site. To be deleted.

  4. Plumbing Roughing-in - One rain gutter not installed on P&A Bldg and connections from two gutters to 4" main pipe are not done. Remaining gutter is on site and should be installed. Connections to be deleted.

  5. Heating & Ventilating - Radar Bldg - The two roof exhausters are on site but not installed. They can be turned over to RCAF. Thermostats and modutrol motors to be deleted.

    P&A Bldg - Generator Control Panel, Inlet and Exhaust Louvres have been delivered on site. They have not been uncrated. They should be shipped to storage. The opening for inlet and exhaust louvres can be blanked with plywood sheets where contractor have not the rain hoods on site.

    Chemical toilet is not installed and not on site. To be deleted.

    The two 3" exhaust pipe holes in P&A are not done. To be deleted.

  6. Electrical - Practically wholly completed except for a few connections and completion of ground bus installation. This should be finalized. Protectwire system is not installed and not on site. To be deleted. Waveguide and conduit openings not done. To be deleted.

  7. Security Fencing - All done except that the erector have installed the barbed wire section on the inside instead of on the outside. This will be corrected.

  8. Bulk Fuel - 2,000 gals tank is on its supports and the two 250 gals tanks are installed with piping in and out at building wall only. All remaining materials and work to be deleted

  9. Road Work - Practically all finished except for the finishing touch. To be completed. Side ditches from adjoining field to be unplugged. Ditch at culvert on the Vincent Cote Road to be cleaned and culvert unplugged.This in order to avoid claiming by damaging water from the adjacent owners.
