Gap Filler - Lucknow

Please refer to your status report dated July 31st.

Your recommendations in regard to ceasing operations at once are concurred in. Foundations that have been poured should be stripped and backfilled and the site left in as tidy a condition as possible. Work on the access road should be stopped. If it is economical for the Contractors to re-stock the Contractor supplied steelox components, this can be done but if not we can possibly make arrangements for them to be shipped to an RCAF depot for storage. The fencing materials which are on site will be treated similarly. The steelox components, supplied by the RCAF, will not be shipped nor will the diesel generator.
