I, the undersigned, Carl E Langben, ownder of a parcel of land in Lots 36 and 37, Concession 8, Township of Mattawa, District of Nipissing Province of Ontario do hereby grant by these presents, to Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada, Her Agents or Representatives, permission to enter on my property with all necessary equipment in order to do certain testing with mobile equipment; conducting contour surveys and soil investigations where necessary.
This permission is granted subject to my rights of compensation for any damage caused to my property and arising from the performance of such works as hereby permitted.
If after the completion of such tests an area is found satisfactory, I agree to transfer such area to the Crown at the rate of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per acre, for the area of the site and access road thereto. All trees cut to be the property of the Crown.

The owner reserving all title to mines and minerals, except such quarrying or removal of sand and gravel necessary to construction, within the site and access road to be acquired.
