Please refer to your report of August 2 on the physical status of this project and to your letter of Aug 3/62 to the Contractor, Barnett-McQueen Co Ltd.
All work is to be stopped immediately, including that on the access road. The site should be tidied up (excavation backfilled) before the Contractor leaves.
We will look forward to the receipt of a Request for Change Order, covering the credits for the deletion of the outstanding portions of this project.
