LAC Clement Alexander Proctor was an Air Frame Technician employed in Wing Maintenance at 4 Wing, Baden-Soellingen. He died in an early morning automobile accident on 16 May 1956 on a highway near Baden-Soellingen, Germany. He was 19 years of age at the time of his death.

LAC Proctor was born on 4 October 1936 in Evanston, Richmond County, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. He enrolled in the RCAF on 24 March 1954 and eventually proceeded to Camp Borden for his trade training. He was subseqently transferred to Bagotville and then to 4 Wing on 26 April 1955, dying less than a year later.
