Comments by Don Norrie:

F/O MHP "Mike" Fitt was a pilot with 421 Squadron at 2 (F) Wing, Grostenquin France. He was killed when his aircraft (Sabre #23638) suffered a flame-out on take-off during a night flying exercise. The pilot ejected too low.
