RTTP (1958) started summer training with 26 recruit FtrCOp, 4 Air Cadet, and 6 Clk Typists.

Personnel proceeded to summer camp at Stn St Sylvestre.

S/L Cameron and F/O Torseth (RSO) proceeded Stn St Sylvestre to discuss Fall weekend operational training.

Visit paid to Unit by 32 Air Cadets from the United Kingdowm, Sweden, Holland, Denmark and Norway on good will tour of Canada. Accompanied by S/L JA Stephen (RAF), F/L DRG Seymour, Combined Cadet Force (RAF), F/L GHC Bradley conducting officer from RCAF Stn Greenwood, NS.

Staff party to honour F/O Warner, OC RTTP 1957-58 upon transfer to the Quebec AC&W Sqn and F/O Ball, Adjutant who left the Unit due to transfer of civilian employment.

Exam results (RTTP) 100% passed. RTTP inspection and graduation parade held at Sherbrooke Regiment Armouries.

S/L Sarty SOGT visited Unit to discuss Ground Training. Winter training resumes. No change in staff responsibilities on training side but F/L Pearton, CAdO retires and her job is taken over by F/O Stiles.

The local RCAF Association Wing (303) held their first annual ball at Unit HQ.
14 Sep 58
RCAF Association joined Unit members on the occasion of Battle of Britain ceremonies. Church services were held at St Peters and Church of the Precious Blood. Salute at the march past was taken by S/L O'Boyle, former Unit CO.

Personnel attending school or University are restricted to one night per week training. Schedules are revised to conform and Saturday morning of every second week will make up for lost time.

Unit Officers held a party in the Officers' Mess in honour of F/O R Torseth (RSO) returning to civilian life in Fort Williams Ont.

Unit out in force at St Sylvestre for Wray-Day exercise. Due to inclement weather, personnel are as much as 13 hours late reaching destination. Runway conditions precludes flying and the exercise is postponed.
