Xmas Day, an open house was permitted by the Commanding Officer in the Officers' Mess and men from different military Units in the district were invited. On New Years Eve a very well organized social evening was held in the Officers' Mess.

Xmas Eve also saw the airmen having a grand time in their mess for themselves and their friends.

F/O Boulet, Technical Officer, left the Unit due to lack of time he was able to give the Unit.

The different messes are now fully operating but are lacking the main "items" the bars, which the Unit hopes to have operating in the near future. The subjects covered in the training wing during the past month were "Duties of Personnel" more "Navigation".

A grand Easter Eve social evening was held in the Officers' Mess and at least 100 persons were attending. Thanks were handed out to F/L R Cote, President of the Mess and his Secretary F/O Y Garneau for organizing that evening.
