PART I - GENERAL SITUATION

2400 AC&W Unit (Res) of TC will move from Scarborough and Downsview to Deseronto for summer camp training.

PART II - INTENTION

To move radar convoys, equipment and personnel of 2400 AC&W Unit to Deseronto Ont 23 June 51.

PART III - COMMAND AND EXECUTION

Command and Control

S/L RA Rutland, CO 2400 AC&W Unit, is to command and control the operation.

Movement Programme

FS RMM Would is to coordinate movement of AMES 11C convoys from Downsview and Scarborough.

Convoys are to maintain one-half hour time separations to avoid traffic congestion along route.

Route

Convoys are to routed along #2 Highway from Scarborough and Downsview to Deseronto.

Movement of Personnel

CTechO (Res) is to be responsible for movement of all personnel.

Movement of Equipment

OC Support (Reg) is to be responsible for movement of all equipment and spares.

Briefing

F/L JR Cooper and FS RMM Would are to brief all personnel going to Summer Camp at the Wednesday evening parade 20 Jun 51.

PART IV -ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS

Accommodation

CTechO (Res) is to advise Camp Commandant Deseronto of accommodation requirements.

Documents

All appropriate log books and ME5s are to be taken in convoys in accordance with regulations. No unauthorized documents or publications are to be taken.
