PART I - GENERAL SITUATION

2400 AC&W Unit (Res) of TC will move from Deseronto Summer Camp to Scarborough and Toronto Ont.

PART II - INTENTION

To move #56 AMES 11C convoy, equipment and personnel of 2400 AC&W Unit to Scarborough and Toronto on 7 Jul 51.

PART III - COMMAND AND EXECUTION

Command and Control

S/L RA Rutland,CO 2400 AC&W (Res), is to command and control the operation.

Movement Programme

FSRMM Would is to ensure clear routing of #56 AMES 11C convoy from Deseronto to Scarborough.

#63 AMES 11C convoy will remain on present site for duration of Summer Camp.

#56 convoy is to be routed along #2 Highway from Deseronto to Scarborough.

Movement of Personnel

F/O JF Lehman is responsible for movement of all personnel.

Movement of Equipment

OC 2400 AC&W Unit (Support) is to be responsible for movement of all equipment and spares.

Briefing

F/L JF Lehman and FS RMM Would are to brief all personnel proceeding to Scarborough at 1300 hours Friday 6 Jul 51.

PART IV - ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS

Documents

All appropriatelog books AMES are to be taken in convoys in accordance with regulations. No unauthorized documents or publications are to be taken.
