The present site of the Unit at 20 Laurier Avenue West, Montreal, Que was occupied. Both Reserve and Regular Forces combined in the setting up of offices as well as the operations room.

15 Jun 51

F/O ER Harris transferred to this Unit to replace F/L Lomas as OC RF Support. F/L Lomas transferred to Air Defence Command HQ St Hubert Que.

20 Aug 51

W/C Trolley, CC RAF visited Unit with F/L Lomas.

13 Sep 51

Fighter Control Operators under F/L EJ Gosselin (R&C) commenced training.

24 Sep 51

Fighter Control Operators from Summer School, after receiving their Group 1, commenced training under the direction of F/O E Traynor.

9 Oct 51

Controller training for 1951-52 commenced under the supervision of F/L Bourke and F/O Cutting.

16 Nov 51

WO2 Dawes from Film Library, Training Command, Trenton, Ont visited unit re: unit film requirements.

17 Nov 51

Permission was granted this Unit to move Convoy #71 from Ste Anne de Bellevue to Cartierville Airport. A party under F/O H de R Daigle left this unit to move the convoy.

19 Nov 51

Fighter Control Operators lectured on Radar Crews and Duties (EW) by F/O Johnston.
