The CAS accompanied by the AOC ADC and other senior officers made a detailed inspection of the Unit and expressed their pleasure for the extent of activities being carried out.

LAC Tomchick of 1 R&C RSU was transferred to Trenton.

A memorial service at the City Cenotaph was held in memory of King George VI. All Units in the Montreal area paraded.
