F/L MacCallum on Temporary Duty as acting CO RCAF Station Tofino, BC.

Trade Tests were written by personnel of the Unit. Of the 5 airmen writing, all passed. WO1 Denniston (Discip Gp 2) passed 63%, Cpl MU Haiduke (Clk Acc M&I) Gp 3 passed 70%, LAC KED Adams (Com PC (G) Gp 2) passed 77%, LAC JA Norton (Com PC (G) Gp 2) passed 90%, AC1 GWJ Voss (Com PC (A) Gp 1) passed 63%.

F/O RJ Dunn arrived to relieve F/L MacCallum as Support Officer for the Unit.
15 May 53
Final preparation for the summer program RTTP(B) began; revision of lesson plans, syllabi, etc.
