Mr. M Monoghan of Iron Ore Co. was presented with GObC Wings by CO. Luncheon followed in Offices Mess attended by Mr. Bybee, Supt of QNS&L and Mr. Despard, Publisher of L’Avenir.

Exercise Quick Kick – a large scale strategic Air Command Surveillance/Ident exercise. Some 300 SAC aircraft were carried and identified by this unit.

F/L Ouitmet, arrived from 6RD to assume duties of SSupO. Wm. Cunningham’s Stage-rama Show from Montreal consisting of 15 females and 12 males put on their show in Rec. Hall to a large crowd of station personnel.

Station Curling Rink consisting of FS Desbiens, Sgt. Clark, LAC Berg, LAC Fenton won ADC Zone Championship at St Hubert.

F/L Collins SOPR ADCHQ and Mr. Pat Nagle of Montreal Gazette visited this unit for the purpose of preparing article for Newspaper on the Medical Section.

This unit participated in two tactical exercises against faker forces composed of single CF-100 targets penetrating from the N and NE. There were a total of 118 live and 177 synthetic intercepts.

Unit participated in one tactical exercise against faker force composed of single CF-100 targets penetrating from N & NE. There was one large scale ECM SAC aircraft with Crowbar’s function merely that of calling IP. There were 55 live intercepts and 86 synthetics.
