1. Delete: present para 5(c).
Insert: new para 5 (c) as follows:
"Operational Control – CINCNORAD through Commander NNRHQ and Sector Commander, Fredericton, NORAD Sector, except that unit training activities are controlled by the AOC ADC. Where this training requires the facilities of the NNR System, it will be co-ordinated by the Sector Commander".
