INFORMATION

1. It has been decided to rewrite all OrgOs and to renumber then in sequence by Commands.

INTENTION

2. To rewrite the OrgO for 211 Aircraft Control and Warning Squadron (211 AC&W Squadron).

EXECUTION

Effective Date

3. The provisions of this order are to become effective 1 Jan 55.

Role

4. The role of this Unit is:

  1. To collect, display and relay to higher echelons, up to date information on the air situation within its area of responsibility.

Command

5. The officer appointed to command 211 AC&W Squadron is to be the Commanding Officer of this unit as defined by QR(Air) art 1.02 (xxi)(a)(iii).

Control

6. Administrative control of this unit is to be exercised by the AOC ADC.

7. Operational control is to be exercised by the AOC ADC through the Sector Commander 2 ADCC.

ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS

Establishment

8. Establishment code 120 DJ 277 is to remain in effect.

Personnel

9. The transfer or posting of personnel is to be arranged by AFHQ and ADCHQ.

Accounting

10. This unit is to be self-accounting for pay and materiel.

11. Expenditures are to be charged in accordance with AFHQ policy.
