Requirement

(1) – This amendment is being issued to show 38 Radar Squadron provides Flying Doctor Services to 37 Radar Squadron.

Amendment

(2) – Amend Org Order 2.59 as follows:

(a) – at appendix A add line reading 38 Radar Squadron Org O 2.55 and place "X(1)" in Med, Dent and Chaplain Services square; and

(b) – at appendix A in remarks column add "(1) 38 Radar Squadron provides Flying Doctor Services only".

Effective Date

(3) – This amendment shall be effective 15 Jun 64.
