Winter Carnival Ball – the CO extended a welcome to civilians attending Carnival Ball.

130 Boy Scouts and Cubs from Rouyn and Val d’Or were given a Station tour and Sports day.

Jun 64

96 Air Cadets from Val d’Or area given tour of the unit. CO attended opening of Senneterre Industrial Park with members of Parliament, Mr. Cliché and Mr. Levesque. 40 student nurses from Val d’Or visited the unit. 130 Air Cadets accompanied by F/L Campbell from Val d’Or visited the unit.

Change of SGEO – F/O Fryer handed over the CE Section to F/O Robertson. F/O Fryer transferred to Station Val d’Or.

FS Shindell, CM Supt., transferred to 1 Wing France. Replaced by new CM Supt. FS Brodeur.

Fire Prevention Week. A parade consisting of Fire Fighting Equipment paraded the Station and town of Senneterre.
