Approximately 80 local dignitaries were hosted at an "At Home" on New Years Day.

Open house for dependents held which included an unclassified tour of the operational area.

First of the USAF rear (Operational) party departed.
5 Feb 63
PAdO F/L JA English ill. Duties assumed by remaining officers, with no replacement being provided.

Time Division Data Link (TDDL) SAGE tied.
15 Feb 63
First Officers’ Mess Dinner with Col HR Thyng, Commander Duluth Air Defence Sector as guest. Other guests included W/C MJ Dooher, Duluth and W/C EJ Geddes, CO Station Armstrong. 19 Officers present at the dinner. FPS-7 SAGE tied.
