Siting of Admin. Bldg., Chapel
Swimming Pool, Firehall and ME Extension
Background
These items are included in the 1955/56 Construction Programme.
Unit and Command concurs in the sitings proposed. However, DCED note that in the case of the Admin Building the exact siting cannot be determined until a topographical survey has been made.
DCED note that construction costs would be reduced if the structure were built as a package unit.
Discussion
The committee examined a site plan of Ste. Marie and could see no objection to the proposed sitings.
Decision
The committee approved the proposed sitings for the Admin. Bldg., Chapel, Swimming Pool, Firehall and ME Extension at Ste. Marie as indicated on site plan S66-1-1002-1A.
