Section III – Chief Technical Services Officer
The following is an outline of the activities of the sections under command of the CTSO.

FPS-26 unit arrived on station. A Marconi Company team arrived to install this unit.
9 May 63
AFTO form 88 was signed in acceptance of the Phase II installation at the GATR site which increased the capability of voice ground to air and air to ground control from seven to 22 UHF channels.
Section IV – Operations
The following is an outline of the activities of the Operations section for this period.
1 Dec 62 - 31 May 63
Operations Command - S/L JC Bruner, COpsO, assumed Command of RCAF Station Beaverbank on the following dates: Nov 29 - Dec 22; Feb 20 - Feb 22; Mar 19 - Apr 1; May 26 - Jun 1. F/L WJ Cunningham, OpsO, assumed the post of COpsO during the periods S/L JC Bruner took temporary command of RCAF Station Beaverbank.
Operations - General - Site-centered STM Training carried out by flights:
Dec - 5 hours; Jan - 5 hours 45 minutes; Feb - 9 hours 25 minutes; Mar - 12 hours 25 minutes; Apr - 19 hours 30 minutes; May - 15 hours.
Training - This unit participated in 33 STM problems.
Evaluations - Written and oral evaluations carried out by CStandO on all personnel.
