Saturday – LAC Edward Somerton George and AW1 Doreen Perkins married here in an impressive Anglican Church Ceremony in the Rec. Hall. Protestant Chaplain F/L ADD Pudwell officiating. CO, W/C CE Briese, gave the bride away – a reception followed in the Airwomen's Lounge. At the conclusion of the reception a Valentines Dance at which the bride and groom were guests of honour was held. The dance was a huge success.
