Weather warm and clear. Operational. Routine maintenance 0001-0100 and 2200-2300 hours. Temporary shut-down 1735-1740 hours. FO Vye, Officer i/c W&B's RCAF Station, Yarmouth, visited the Station on routine check-up.

Weather very hot. Operational. Temporary shut-down 2000-2015 hours.

Weather warm and clear. Operational. Routine maintenance 0500-0600 hours. Temporary shut-down 1015-1130 hours.

4 Sep 42

Weather cloudy and raining. PO Service, Assistant Adjutant at RCAF Station, Yarmouth, visited the Station today. Operational. Routine maintenance 0500-0614 hours.

5 Sep 42

Weather cloudy with light rain. Operational. Routine maintenance 0400-0500 hours. Temporary shut-down 0713-0815 hours. Equipment not giving satisfactory results.

Weather fair, cool and windy. Operational. Routine maintenance 0400-0500 hours. Temporary shut-down 1027-1555 also 1645-2125 hours. Equipment still not satisfactory.

Weather fair with strong winds. Operational. Routine maintenance 0400-0500 hours. Temporary shut-down 0930-1510 hours. Equipment running at normal.

Weather cloudy in morning, cleared up in afternoon. Operational. Routine maintenance 0300-0400 hours. Temporary shut-down 1630-2225 hours.

Rained all day. Visibility very poor. Operational. Routine maintenance 0300-0025 (11-9-42). Temporary shut-down 1145-2400 hours.

Weather cloudy with scattered showers. F/L McIntosh, Padre RCAF Station Yarmouth, paid a visit. Operational. Routine maintenance 0400-0500 hours.

Cold with rain. Maintenance period 0400-0445 hrs.

Quite cold with snow. Maintenance 0300 hrs. to 0400.

15 Nov 42

Cold and windy. P/O R Bradley and party arrived on station to carry out modifications of RDF equipment.

16 Nov 42

Cloudy and cold. Maintenance 0400 to 0500 hrs. Maintenance crew started work at 0900 hrs. Equipment off the air.

Equipment still off the air for modifications.

Equipment still off the air for modifications.

Clear and cold. Strong winds. On the air from 1800 hrs, but modifications not completed and equipment working under temporary arrangements.

Cloudy and cold. Maintenance period 0400 to 0445 hrs. Equipment off the air intermittently during the day for modifications.

Cloudy and cool with snow. Maintenance period 0400 to 0500 hrs. Maintenance crew still working on equipment.

Weather cold, changeable. Maintenance period 0500 to 0600 hrs. Running under temporary set-up all day as modifications are not yet all completed.

Cloudy and cold in morning, clearing up towards afternoon. Maintenance 0400 to 0500 hrs. Maintenance crew still working on equipment and completed work at 2000 hrs. Wireless Telegraph Unit was operated for the first time and got satisfactory signal report from No 4 Radio Detachment, Brooklyn, NS

Weather coudy and cool. P/O R Bradley and party departed from Station after carrying out extensive modifications to equipment. Maintenance 0400 to 0500 hrs.

25 Nov 42

High winds with heavy overcast and rain. Maintenance period 0300 to 0425 hrs.

26 Nov 42

High winds, changeable. Maintenance period 0300 to 0415 hrs.

27 Nov 42

Overcast, visibility poor, light rain. Maintenance period 0440 to 0540 hrs. Results were very poor for day due to poor flying weather.
