416 Squadron finished Zulu operations at noon today, also finished flying operations as a Sabre Squadron. They will be disbanded and reform as an all-weather Squadron in Canada.

There was a dance in the Rec. Centre put on by and for the disbandment of 416 Squadron, with music by the Divisionnaires. This was the last official function of the complete squadron prior to its break-up.
