421 had another unfortunate accident today. F/O Van Oene had a mid-air collision while on a practice Zulu intercept. Van Oene bailed out successfully and suffered only a cut forehead. F/O JL Robinson, 422 Squadron at 4 Wing, Baden Soellingen was killed.
