A normal flying day. Ten aircraft were diverted to 2 Wing because of bad weather. A/V/M McGill & Party were on tour of the station. Forty Germans also toured the station. Mr. Marquis, CBC assignment reporter visited the station on a news gathering tour.

The Static Displays, sports events and Band participation helped to make this a very successful day. 2 Wing Soccer Team played a soccer match against Francaltroff - 2 Wing lost the match. The Little League from 2 Wing played and won at Air Div. 2 Wing Softball team lost to 4 Wing at Baden-Soellingen.
