This photo depicts the original "Arab Canteen" as it existed in November 1952
This photo was taken in April 1955. It shows the original "Arab Canteen" to the right, and a building that was subsequently constructed, and known as the "Arab Shack" - to the left. This photo also shows the access road coming from Hemering, the station sign (at the intersection), and the junction leading to the right which one would follow if proceeding to the village of Grostenquin.
