1962 - See Through Walls - Ted de Bourcier

In order to have a fair understanding of the following story, it must be emphasized that the Bank of Montreal was located within the Wing Headquarters building.

I recall that the AOC (AVM Larry Wray) was quite taken aback when the WWO yelled at an airman to "get his hands out of his pockets" as he was leaving the bank and stuffing his 90 cent US dollars into his pockets.

The AVM was doing an annual inspection in the CO's office (in the Wing Headquarters building) and was talking with both of his hands in his pockets at the time of the incident. His comment was "that bastard can see through walls" - to which the CO (G/C Sammy MacBride) is said to have replied "It's a requirement for a WO1 at 2 Wing".
