Grostenquin France

The Early Days
June 1952 - December 1952

In an attempt to determine what took place at Grostenquin during the "Early Days" I sent an email message to a number of RCAF personnel who indicated that they arrived at 2 Wing in 1952. We have received a number of responses - some short, and some not so short. Regardless of the amount of detail provided, "it's the thought that counts", and collectively, the detail which is provided allows you, the reader, with some idea of what took place between June 1952 and December 1952." Our thanks to everyone who has taken the time to share their memories.
